I visualize how I’d like my day to go ie being productive, staying focused etc and I usually use an affirmation prompt to go along with it.

Happy summer! Can you remind me what you do with your Clena one? Do you have a different ink in it? I like the feel of it but not the ink. Or is that a different pen? I do watch all of your videos but got myself confused. Thank in advance!

Hi happy summer ☀️ I use the Clena to make my lines for trackers etc. the one that I was using was Uni Ball Signo in my sharpie s gel body 💕
