I use and like half letter Cloth and Paper, but they changed the size of the (days) boxes on the monthly pages. They are smaller. I'm trying to deal with it, but it is hard. Any other suggestions on a half letter larger daily box on a two page per month; 8 disc punch? Thanks.

I’ve found really nice ones on Etsy but they are printables. The boxes are neutral and a good size

Back to your tried and true Stalogy! You tried to venture out but you like what you like! I know the feeling! I’m in a passport TN. It’s working and it’s okay but I’m not in love with it. It’s so small, takes up zero room in my bag, doesn’t weigh my bag down , it’s portable for weekends and will be a great size for summer so I’m trying to sticking it out! It does what I need it to do and I have enough space, I’m just used to something bigger but if I go bigger it doesn’t work for the weekends and summer months and I don’t want the year split into several different notebooks. I’m going to try my best to stick this out because it’s the only size that makes sense for my lifestyle daily. I hope it works out for you as well! Happy New Year to you and your family!

@@ThisWellPlannedLife Yes. Unless I go back to the two Stalogy sizes before the A5. Im using a standard TN to journal in and I love the size. I had been driving to work since returning back to work after the pandemic in 2021, but since my wrist surgery in October, I’ve gone back to taking the train. So, I’m really trying to be conscious about the weight that a planner can add to my Neverful on top of carrying lunch and everything else. So, this is where I’m at. 🤷🏾‍♀️It’s taking some getting used to but it is doing the job I need it to do so I’m trying not to change just because of another feeling I’m having that will no longer not be as practical for me daily right now. Nice to see you and your videos a little more!❤️🙏🏾

My problem is spending/wasting the money. I'm thinking of going back to a planner pad, but I have an LV agenda cover. And all these neat inserts (too many actually). Too, I need 'stuff', i.e., notes, in that one that I won't have in the new one. And I really don't want to carry around two planners. I'm making this too complicated and even I'm sick of it.......and me. 🙄🙄😵‍💫😵‍💫😒😒

This is my first time using an A5 Stalogy as my planner (was using a different notebook but not enough pages and the pages were too thick…I’ve used a B6 Stalogy as a journal before). I followed your video on how to combine 2 notebooks…which was fabulous btw ☺️. Went ahead and combined a full year and half year set it up and everything…..only to realize I didn’t like it 😮. So I cut out the half year. I’m enjoying it so far. Love the freedom of the blank pages but still working on a daily layout that I like. If we don’t try new things we won’t know what we like/don’t like. Thank you for sharing your experience. Can’t wait to see the set up of your new book 😊

10:58 I'm stressed out like this on the dailies!!!! But not on the weeklies!!!! I feel like I have nothing to write on the dailies because I use my planner for my live besides the work, and since I work full time, these hours are empty. But on the weekly pages I fill those unused hours with things to do, since not all things to do fit on the hours after work (5pm-11.59pm)!!!! You should look at this under a different angle!!!

I love stalogy’s! It’s my go to for each year. But I have ordered them and thrown them away after a week. If I make too many mistakes on a page while I’m writing and don’t want to use white out, I will throw the book away and get a new one lol. One time I threw one away bc I didn’t like the way I laid the stickers but I’m kind of past that at this point. Like you say, it’s the little things that irritate us lol. Would love to see your set up video if you decide to do one 😊

This is my first year setting up a bullet journal I had gotten through to this week and cut those pages out and started over because I didn’t like it! I started over yesterday and I already don’t like the set up I have for next week 🤦🏾‍♀️ I may start over again… I’m trying to just tough it out…. I feel ya

I actually started in the Common planner and just will finish the year. I don’t really care for the goal section, but trying it out. The weeklies are a bit of a bother. I’m trying out the Aura Estelle Hobo for edc, but I do miss having just 1 planner. This year seems like the planner selection were increased, so I just was all over the place wanting to try so many. Love the acetate calendar!

You said so many things that I can really relate to in this video! I am using an A5 Hobonichi Cousin because in the end it is the lesser of the evils in my opinion for what I need. I don't really use the weekly pages and I just have to accept some of the daily pages will go unused. I have at least 2 other 2023 planners that will go unused. I bought them wanting something different but in the end went back to what I know works.

Funny, I went with what you are going through this year, back in 2021. I left a personal ring planner back in 2021 to go to a junior discound planner in 2022 for the space of writing and the look of a portfolio cover. It is working out better. I now redesigned it from African American artwork to motivational quotes and words and warm but calming colors for this year. Once you have a planner you enjoy and don't mind working in it, you will open it more. Thanks for sharing this video of inspiration.

Girl the amount of times I’ve set up a new planner size only to not love it or ‘compromise’ 😅😅 - am now in a bound book too and loving it, but the issues you mentioned above would’ve driven me mad too (the sizing, the pages being too thick or thin) 😅

This was so relatable! I started off in a Passion Planner, in the last week of December, but couldn't make it to 1st of January because I'm one of those odd people who prefer cream paper 😂 The bright white of the Passion Planner paper, with the slight tooth to the paper and the greyscale printing, just made me feel like my planner was made of printer paper, and I hated it. Now I'm using blank pages in an old Hobonichi Cousin until my 2023 one arrives in the mail. The Hobonichi Cousin is classed as having "white" Tomoe River paper, but it's softer and more ivory than the bright white of the Passion Planner (or printer paper), so it doesn't hurt my eyes. I didn't fully realise until now how much I dislike white paper, and prefer ivory to cream 😅 So hey, at least I learned something new about myself!

Do you have Undo? I ordered some from Amazon, you have to be careful with it, but I think you could save your pages that are glued in.

The hobo cousin was a no for me. I really loved the three in one style, but the paper and the smudging I could not. I’m aggressive with my planner and I almost tore a lot of pages just by flipping through.

Sorry about this! I'm making my own ring planners inserts and TN inserts, I don't have that kind of things happening to me. If something could go wrong-is that the printed is out of ink, or it prints not straight, but it's workable.
