I am with you on all your honesty! Its one of the main reasons i switched to an A5 binder and blank dot grid paper and I fill the pages with what calls me me that day. There are spreads that I prefer and use more often but i go where my heart takes me. I feel less bad about wasted pages that i dont use either like the monthly calendars or weekly spreads. THanks for sharing!

This is also why I love undated planners. For me, it removes the pressure of having to write in all my journals and planner.

I don’t really like the goals pages either. I think I’m not going to use them as intended but instead use them to house general monthly, quarterly, etc. tasks like the bills I pay or specific cleaning tasks. The “someday” section would have stuff like “sort clothing for donation” and such. More like a collections page. Either that or I’ll white out or Washi out the headings and use it for something else.

that is a super great idea! for me, I feel like if I have to kind of bend my life around a spread than it is more hustle to use it then to just don't 😅 I would have to think really hard to fill it out the way you use it and then it just feels like I am making me life fit my planner instead of the other way around 😅 but it is great if it can fit your life! ❤️

that is printed!! I measured out the layout in my planner and recreated the boxes in Photoshop then typed in my goals, printed on transparent sticker paper and cut the boxes out one by one 😅😅

I think if I had a "Goals" page like that, I would want it to read the opposite - starting with "Daily" and ending with "Someday Maybe." That would feel less intimidating to me.

yes, that makes more sense to me as well, however I can also see why it was done the other way around, but either way the spreads overwhelms me and puts me under pressure so I just ignore it 😅
