You'v done it again. Great review on what to bring on a hiking trip. My favourite is the sidekick, any sidekick and a chocolate bar. To wrap it up some little cheese individualy wrap and some wine in a pouch... Cheer. You'r amazing.

Can’t go wrong with any supper from Bushka’s Kitchen… although I’ve never seen it in Canada so I order online

Bushka's eh, I'll have to give it a try. Any flavour recommendations?

Throw some amazon short-links on these products in the description. Then you get $$ when people buy it for themselves 👍👍

It's called Amazon affiliate and he'd definitely qualify. Good idea

Ok I listened to your advice and took 2 teriyaki sidekicks on the Juan de Fuca and it did NOT sit well with me 😂 Carbonara sidekicks were killer though. Also chocolate bars were huge

Oh no hahahah - I guess I've got an iron gut. Years of practice maybe? How was the Juan De Fuca?

Do you bring any electrolytes and such?
@riseandalpine2 жыл бұрын
Hey Malcolm! No I actually don't bring any electrolytes. I usually just eat some food with salt or sugar and it does the trick for me. Electrolytes are never a bad call though. (just a tad expensive). Also some of those tablets can make for delicious tasting water.
