Hi Engineer Hany Hope you’re doing good & safe 15:46 - What was your question option 1 or 2? 1. 20sqm/day 1000sqm - 400hrs (50days) Working hours - 8hrs/day (Or) 2. 20sqm - 160hrs (which is 20days) 1000sqm - 8000hrs (160*50; which is 1000days)

Exactly I am confused

There was a confusing part on the video. I have deleted it. 20 SQM per day = 20 SQM per 8 hours. 1000 SQM = (8 *1000) /20 = 400 working hours.

It is open by default. Just you need to wait some time for live videos to be processed by KZbin then you can try again.

Note: Firstly it is very Important to know the responsibilities of Planning Engineer. Everytime he is involving cash flow in every question asked on scheduling or how to create sequences. At initial stage for scheduling only sequences/activities are much crucial and followed by resources like Manpower, Materials, Machineries and Cost. If the work has been achieved more than the work planned then definitely cash flow will be more. 🤷♂️ Cash flow or Budget is more concern when project is delayed.

This is confusing 19:00 20 SQM in one day is equal to 8 Hours Shift. Now 1000 SQM with 20 SQM per day gives you 50 Man Days. Likewise 400 Manhours. Increasing manpower into it by adding 5 masons can bring up productivity by 100 SQM per day and total job 10 Mondays equal to 400 Hours.

You are correct. I deleted the confusing part. I assumed a different productivity rate, and i should not multiply the productivity by 20 :) Very good note, keep your eyes awake :)
