Hi sir, I am facing issue with weightage to given each activity. I don’t have any productivity rate to calculate manhours. I done base line planning and I have to give weightage to each activity, how it is possible with out resources

Contract Engnineer or quantity surveyor department are responsible for claims. Planning engineers provide them data related to schedules. Isnt it?
