Wow, Sarra, hat off, this is amazing. I am using Notion for a couple of years, I know all the features, but sometimes I struggle with how to set up some parts, not how to set it up technically, but how to do it so that it would make sense and it would make my life easier. Recently I've been struggling with my Content Hub page because I don't use it as much as I would like to and this video is IT! Thank you so much, that inspired me so much on how to set up my own content hub! Love you!

I returned to try Notion again today after a break, I am using a template and it was fun to set up/personalize and not as overhwelming as before. Hope I can use it well as I'll definitely need to plan/keep track of a lot of things starting next week :)

I absolutely LOVE Notion, and this is exactly what I've been looking at doing with my content planning. I want to love paper content planning, but I set the schedule and then never look at it again. I need something that I'm actively tweaking all the time (changing from filming to editing to publishing, etc) in order to make it work I think. Great video. I can't wait to see the walk-through on how to set it up. I always get new ideas when you do your videos. Currently, I'm using Notion to track all my writing projects in all the stages they're in, writing journal, reading journal, TV/movie log, and gaming journal (we have Family Night every Monday and we switch between TV, board game, and video game). All of that has been working great for me in Notion so far.

This is awesome. I love Notion, and have really enjoyed using it to keep on top of my writing tasks/projects. When you do your tutorial video on how to set this up, I'd love it if you'd discuss any integration between your content hub and any resulting HB90 tasks (ie. how do you reflect when it's time to do tasks like "film the video", "edit the video") etc! I am someone with basically 3 brands. One of my biggest problems was thumbnails not matching. I do use the notion app. You just saved me from a massive headache with the idea of adding the thumbnail or cover image. I will be a bit busy getting that intergraded but it will help alot

This content planning system in Notion looks awesome. I've been doing my socials basically in my head or in my filofax and have no way to intergrate an assistant should I choose to hire one. I am on Notion, but have not been able to figure out how to do even a small amount of what you do so effortlessly. I will look forward to your future in-depth tutorial.

This is great, so helpful! I plan my social media similar to your using the kan ban, even with similar sections. For the calendar I was keeping track of what I posted after I posted it, but I like your way better because I’m trying to get ahead on it. I’m terrible at creating templates, I love how you have those, and I had no idea you could drag the cards to the calendar!! That’s going to be a game changer for me! I look forward to the tutorial, your system/setup looks more robust than what I have, can’t wait to see it! Also, this is a great reminder for me to go back to the other Notion video, I had stopped because I wanted to setup “with you.” Thank you for these videos!

Sarra! I have a tab open for mint mobile and when you started talking about it I was like...how does she know this!? I love the notion videos. The one you did a while back on setting up the notion dashboard and quarterly goals was wonderful! I watched it on my laptop and set it up on my desktop. Apparently you can collaborate with up to 10 people even without the paid plan. I was confused for a bit since I don’t have one and have one other person on my team.

Hi Sarra! You mention having a Team Notion (paid). I see that Notion has 3 levels of paid: Plus, Business, and Enterprise. I’m thinking that Plus is enough for 2-5 people to collaborate. For what you do with your Operations Manager, is Plus enough? Or do one of the others give you something that you find valuable?

Yes, we are on the plus plan! If you're only doing minor collabs you might still be able to get away with free collaborations, but we've got pages and pages, so we needed plus and it's been great without needing more!
