Hilarious start and genius idea to make it a playhouse. It so looks like one. Measure the diagonals across the interior from corner to corner. That'll show you if it's out of square. You might be able to jack up one corner a bit and square it up a bit better and thereby close those gaps. And yeah. Sealant and a good scrub inside and she'll be a beauty.

Ah good idea! To be honest the more I think about it the less fussed I am about it being square haha, I think as long as it’s sealed up and somewhat water tight it should last the kids a few years ☺️

You must have some old glue somewhere in that shed of yours? Pop the table off the wall and run a bead of glue between it and the wall and then re-affix. That'll hold it :)

Use a paintable sealant and apply the thick rubber roof paint. That will ensure it's watertight.

No you need to get a professional to do the testing , in the past the area health department could do it for free but I think they don't now , user pays now days
