Jill, you may not even see this since it was last week's recipe, but I just made this today for our anniversary (47 years!!!!!), Oh My!!!! You have outdone yourself on this one! The only changes I made was a sub of baby yellow squash, unpeeled instead of zucchini to the filling & a T of ground flax to the crust. And being short of time, stuck it in the freezer--2 pinkies up, girl!! I went back on your website & gave it 5 stars.

Shoot! Was all ready to write down the ingredients but you lost me at tofu. Really sucks having a soy intolerance. I'll bet it's as amazing as the rest of your recipes.
