Okay Mrs Tabitha so I took my behind to Whole Foods here in London for the first time. I am a new subscriber an was so stoked about trying the sage and onion vegan sausages and seeing their fresh produce. I’m not vegan but love fresh produce and clean greens/wheat & gluten free/soya free foods. Other than some tortilla chips (they were really good soft thin ones), some dip an 2 beyond burgers weren’t nothing happening in there (southern accent). I saw these same mushrooms mentioned and the other tiny ones you referred to with the tiny heads but didn’t agree with the price so I didn’t buy it. I was so disappointed because I had such anticipation since it was my first time I never really found a reason to shop in there before and was thinking it would be my new spot. They’re wheat/gluten free and meat free options were limited, staff confirmed that there stock varies from country and US have different options. I may go back for these mushrooms to do a curry with or a wrap substitute for meat but I have no problems sticking with my shiitake and closed cup mushroom for now. I love the recipe for these I may follow. Thank you Mrs. Brown I found you about a week ago an have been so blessed by your ministry. God keep you and your family and may your cup runneth over.
