Also as for covering aierl roots I'll use pot extenders (rarely) cause I don't like the look of them or just add spahagnam moss to cover the rest of the stem.

I don’t like the look of them either. I bought extra tall clear pots they (my anthurium) are in and I add tree fern around the stem then put my bonsai jack grit mix over it as a covering.

Step away from the soil, plants and pots lol.. I'm confused what your end goal was for the PPP it's a climbing philodendron so it will want to climb? The poles or sticks you have would be perfect. With the pink terracotta I thought that looked really good. They are probably dry due to the terra cotta pots, I use all no drainage pretty much for everything now or something with a self watering reservoir except for my cacti and succulents. Soil you have to watch like you said especially with Anthuriums cause soil 9 times outta 10in my experience causes rot or some sort of fungal issue. I would have done your grit and tree fern since queens are epiphytic.

Thanks. I didn’t have an end game with my PPP. It was the fourth time I did a video on her. I hate moss poles, so my first video I cut her down and put her in water. I wanted a full PPP really. I am a lot farther along now than when I did this video. 👏🏻
