One of my favorite uses for the net is as an artificer use the returning weapon infusion on it, DM ruled any creature smaller than me that was captured got pulled right back to my hand, once infused the DC to escape became my spell DC and it became immune to non-magical damage. my character was a magical creature poacher essentially, captured them and used their body parts as parts of his infusions and class features.

I'm more of a Marvel comics fan than DC but Poison Ivy is hands down my favorite DC villain and I started grinning as soon as I realized that's what this homebrew sounds like

Plant spells are really cool! These are really fun. For Sprout Tree, the wood isn't useful for making Furniture, bows, ships, etc, which often require specific types of wood.

The issue is that the Order of Scribes bard is official, and they usually only ever cover Homebrew on the channel, not impossible, but unlikely.
