Kaleb, that container looks spectacular at the entry to your property! I like planting Sanseveria, aka 'Mother-inlaw's-Tongue, or 'Snake Plant, into pots for my shady patio or deck. I place a small starter plant into a fairly large inexpensive container underplanted with other dry-shade-loving succulents. They thrive and get huge over the summer, then in the fall, I give them to a friend or family member, pot and all. ~Margie

firesticks are badass, bro. I just got 2 free firestick trees that are about 7 feet tall and planted/pruned them. They are a little droopy at the moment, but should perk up within a week. Love these things. I live in AZ and they turn bright orange/red in the winter.

It's actually a Euphorbia, "Euphorbia tirucalli" to be exact. Euphorbia is a HUGE genus of plants which is part of the draw. The sap from Euphorbias is toxic though

I have one of those and didn’t know what it was so this is fabulous! 😃 I never thought about putting it outside, but it is growing like crazy so that will be perfect! Thanks!

Additionally when you cut a piece off be careful of the milky sap it can irritate skin and definitely don’t touch your eyes. If you do just rinse it with water for a few minutes.

Hi to add a comment, these will not survive climates with extended frost. Here in the south west they will survive a couple of days and even turn more intensely orange.

You said those three plants can co-exist together and they all tolerate about the same amount of water. How often would you water that during lasting 70° temps and during lasting high 90° tempts.
