All looks good. I think with cactus it’s just good to get them in the ground sooner than later. Wait for the next rain or sprinkle some water if the soil is completely dry. 😊

never water a cactus after you cut the roots. Wait at least 2 weeks after you cut roots to water , freshly cut roots are an open envitation to rot, the wounds need to harden off.😊
