Me and my dad dig up the sprigs and put them in a peanut wagon and fork them into the planter using pitch forks man y’all got it easy lol

It is a Bermuda King 4 row sprigger.

How long until you bale

Normal soil condition you would have established a good ground cover the following year to bale . Some can even bale in 8 week after sprigging depending on soil and weed management.

@@rogersoccer19 Just came across this comment...a year later. There are still guys left in Texas that dig and sell sprigs. Might be easier on the roots to stay in a native climate. Personally we are in central Texas, and sell Jiggs, Tifton 85, and coastal Bermuda. To find stuff in other states, find a public university with a good Agriculture program and start asking there. Cool video!
