I know there isn’t much to say during potting a cactus, but your voice is so calming, not in a creepy way,lol. Music was okay. Could you please, let me know what type of mix do you use for cactus? I actually purchased a small Ming and a bunny cactus, after I saw the video where someone sent you a cutting. Do I leave the cactus in the current Loews pot or change to another? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm glad I'm not creepy sounding haha. The mix I use is Ace Hardware brand potting soil. It's very sandy which is what you want for Cacti. I mix in a generous amount of Perlite to help with drainage. They recently changed the look of the bag at the store by me and now it looks like this www.express.google.com/u/0/product/Ace-Timberline-Potting-Soil-20-lb-bag/18435027170017422186_17696269793131135384_105745056 You can leave it in the pot for now and transplant it to a slightly bigger pot in the Spring. You don't want to put it into too big of a pot just slightly bigger than it's in now. Do you live in a place that gets cold? Are they going to be outside?

Hi..first time viewing...do you recycle your pots perhaps...and do you always lay stones in bottom of pots or just for cuttings...do you wait to water? Thanks

Hi and welcome Patti! I reuse the pots. If I need to replant something in one I give it a good wash first. Yes wait to water until it roots and shows signs of growth. You can gently tug on the cutting to see if it's rooted
