Fresh figs are delicious. Sweet and very satisfying. My previous home in Southern California, almost fifty-six years, we had sixty-two organic dwarf and semi-dwarf fruit trees. The figs were full size trees though. We planted early, mid, and late season trees. Zone 9. We also had a ten thousand square foot organic garden and four 8 X 4 garden boxes. In the ground berries, grapes, and herbs as well. We ate from our garden ten to twelve months out of the year. We were truly blessed. Our children had the best in their own yard. I moved to Central Texas six and a half years ago. Totally a different growing season. Also difficult with rocks in the ground, so I need to get creative. Nice to see you two planting a food forest. I hope that you both enjoy your orchard and garden as much as we enjoyed ours. It is truly a blessing to enjoy the fruits of your labor. No pun intended. 😅 God bless and happy gardening.

Good morning Gerald and Simone. It is Wednesday morning and I am enjoying the video of you both planting your fruit trees, just watching you both live in your God given Purpose dropped in my spirit that you two are a great example of a True Relationship with God, and if you two don’t mind I will like to use you as example in my first time teaching Wednesday Bible Class which we call The P.O.U.R as a true sign of a Relationship with God. You both heard The Clarion Call and due to your Relationship with God you are now operating obedience. Your obedience is truly an inspiration to so many others, and I will like to chime in on the other two individuals who quoted, “The Best Couple On KZbin”!. Well back to your video and until next week Love ❤️ you both 🤗🤗🤗🤗

I'm supposing you guys have some kind of faith... not sure how long it will take your trees to start producing fruit...but may I suggest you read Leviticus 19.23...HaShem has forbidden us to consume the fruit from the trees for the first 3 years... the produce from the 4 year is holy... your 5th year produce will be blessed and plentiful... from that point on... be blessed...
