if you want to grow them in pots you need much bigger pots.Especially in height, at first they grow deep root downwards, and they grow fast.If you plan to replant them into soil, just plant them there outright, no weed can outcompete them anyways.first time i tested them i did plant in pots at first, but its only hindering them becouse it limits very expansive root system.
