Thank you Christina. I am NOT a visionary so I have a very hard time imagining what something will eventually look like. I am SURE that because I feel you are a visionary everything will look amazing ! It’s just VERY hard for ME to imagine. Heck my garden is a mess I have to wait for things to grow in before I decide I hate them in a spot. 🎃🍁💚🙃

I can't remember the last time we got some rain, and then there are others down south that are being rescued by boats knee deep in water, so sad :( Thanks for sharing your garden :)

I hope you and your family had a GREAT vacation. I use to have to take a vacation after my vacation because I would get so worn out from the vacation. 🤭JK but I was usually exhausted from my vacation. 🎃🍁💚🙃

Looking good! how big is your total growing space?

I would have to remeasure now that we added the new areas but I’m thinking about an 1/8th or an acre?

I really don’t remember. Do you have your garden beds on irrigation? If not with you eventually put them on irrigation? 🎃🍁💚🙃

Some are on drip. Some on soaker hoses. Some are still hand water. More will be automated next year

Christina, just curious, could you inter-plant the holes that have 4" spacing with perennials, then small annuals in-between? I've seen videos where this is done to save space, but also to pair plants that can grow better as they share similar or complementary qualities. Just a thought. It would be an interesting experiment, but I can also see an advantage to keeping everything separated. PS -- Raspberries are a LOT of work. They constantly spread in the garden. I'm not sure if landscaping fabric would even work. Blueberries are a much easier choice, in my experience. 😀😀

Looks great!! You are a busy beaver! Question....why did you plant that tree right in the middle of your perennial space? Seems like the shade will end up being an issue.

It’s a short fruit tree so will only get 8 feet tall

What is your watering set up for tarp area?thanks!

As right right now I hand water. Next year I will most likely add drip or soaker hoses back into a lot of my areas

Hi Christina can you tell me farmer Bailey website again plz
@gardeninggrandma52473 ай бұрын
I think Farmer Bailey sells to wholesalers only. It would be really interesting to find a resource that sells plugs to home gardeners.

It should just be farmerbailey.com.

If the holes for planting are 4" apart and you want the longer distance of 8", couldn't you just skip every other4" holes to make the 8" distance you are wanting?

You should wear gloves. I never did but I do now. Saves your nails.
