The zombie horde in hard is too large, I think you'd have to use splash or aoe to consistently win (instead of relying on luck and mowers at the end). Melon, fume, glume, and cob are all off limits so the only other option other than instants is torch

It's actually a mechanic that if you just lost a lawnmower, the next 'wave' that spawns (big or small) won't spawn zombies in that row for a while.

You should do a challenge where you use plants like say... a repeater as an upgrade for a peashooter. And use fume shrooms as an upgrade to puff shrooms. Basically all you'd have to do is shovel the original plant and then plant the new one on top of it.

A wacky little idea I cam up with for a PVZ2 challenge: Lost City (or Far Future. your choice) but with only plants that deal piercing dmg. You must go from day 1 to the Zomboss fight. Rules 1. Only allowed to use plants that pierce zombies (If it can hit multiple zombies at the same time, it's allowed.(No threepeater is not allowed. Same story with plants with splash dmg)) 2. No powerups 3. Sunflowers producing plants are banned 4. No premium plants that cost actual money (only plants purchasable with gems are allowed. So no Dartichoke or Cactus and what not) Imitater is the only exception 5. No mints 6. No plant food (Optional. If plant food is used because it's too hard without it, you can use up to 3 every 10 levels. No more. 7. Plants must be LV1 8. Protect The Endangered Plant levels must be done. The plant that needs protecting doesn't count towards the challenge. 9. Produce Blank Amount Of Sun levels can be skipped if you choose to do so, but I'll allow sun producing plants for them. However, those levels can only have row of attacking plants. 10. 6 seed slots max Plants allowed Bloomerang Spikeweed/rock Lightning Reed Jalapeno Laser Bean Homing Thistle Bowling Bulb Endurian Imitater Fume Shroom If you have any questions, reply them and I'll reply when I can

Challenge sugestion: you can only use peashooter and its variants, like snow and pea threepeater. Sun producers are allowed. Map:survival roof hard. Day 1 of asking.
