In brutal mode ex plus, the basic equivalents are now multiplied by 4 witch means that the first wave can either have 4 basics, 1 buckethead, 2 coneheads or 1 conehead and two basics. Letterheads have twice as much as health as basics and move much quicker. Dancing conehead zombies spawn 4 backup dancers after dying, gramophone conehead zombies heal zombies around itself by an unfair amount. Pumpkin zombies knight other zombies that don't have bucketheads, especially basics and can even knight letterheads. They also can survive an instakill and can also heal zombies around itself by an unfair amount. By the way peashooters also shoot a bit faster as time passes but has a limit on how fass they shoot. Shout out to RCCH for giving me this brutal mode ex plus knowledge

You should really put your attacking plants in the back, switch the spots of your attackers and sunflowers You need your attackers to survive to take out the zombies, sunflowers speed up the process of getting them but they are very cheap For example, a peashooter will have more time to take out a letterhead if placed at the back then front (oh wait nevermind you figured it out :D) I'm playing through the mod as well and I've reached level 5-7. I like seeing what creative stuff the modders can come up with to completely screw you over, pretty cool 👍 Also the music in the mod is good, i love it when PvZ mods add their own little spin onto the music of the game The flag zombies are the ra zombie of this game (they are the thief of sunlight)

So few tips for this mod, just because the special zombies don't appear in the seed selection does not mean they won't spawn at all, they will spawn because they are variants of the normal zombies. So if there is basic zombie, leather head will be there as well. Also every zombie has an variant, thankfully some of them appear way later in the game so you won't have to suffer to them anytime soon. Also you gonna want to befriend instas as the game goes on instead of attacking plants

Flag Zombies drain your sun. Letterheads are 1 in 9 Regular Browncoats spawns. If it isn’t clear, Gramophone Conehead Zombie heals all zombies in a 3x3 radius including himself every ten seconds. I was laughing my ass off everytime he restarted

The zombies with funny assets as their heads are actually variations, which also means they have a chance for some certain enemies to spawn as one of their own variations Not to mention the enemies variations contains their own ability which might screw you over cuz i mean, you're playing a mod that's named as brutal ex plus that's based on brutal ex mod that's based on brutal mod THAT'S BASED on hard mode mod Yet there's another mod called Total Death that's based on this mod aka Brutal Ex Plus mod there's also a mod called Ohio mode that's basically another hard mode mod so yeah
