Oh my gosh! I'm so glad I'm not the only person who's passionate about the PvZ series! I want to write a fanfiction series or even a fan comic series that combines the lore from the games, comics, and personal headcanons! However, I can't figure out what kind of series I want the stories to be, but this animation already gave me inspiration! ❤ I love how you focused on the characters' interactions with one another and included references from the Stickerbook. They're all so in-character! I also adore how the plant variants can be used as costumes and disguises! (maybe include the Vampire Flower or Unicorn Chomper in another episode?) I couldn't decide whether to make them like that or to include them as separate characters. The Hero Tron was a nice cameo that explained how Super Brainz was created! I can't wait to see more of the zombies, especially the imp and Captain Deadbeard!

This. Is. Incredible. The art style, while simple at times ((keep improving btw! I'd love to see more detail if this is continued!)) captures the charm and personality of the characters and the world of PvZ perfectly. The characters' personalities are literally perfect, Peashooter: the confident youngster that's been there from the start. Chomper: The animalistic plant with a big heart, and appetite. Cactus: The slightly pessimistic but dopey realist. And Sunflower...I always thought of Peashooter as the "main character" of PvZ...but this animation may have changed that. Sunflower's little story in this is absolutely adorable and so sad at the same time...THEN THERE'S THE GW2 CAST. Corn was great! And I love how this stays true to the tiny bits of lore you get from the sticker book, Corn being overseas during the first Garden Warfare, his over the top Drill Sargent personality is both hilarious and a little bit terrifying. Rose having a vision of a Zombie infested future, her calm and collected, almost motherly tone towards the other plants is really sweet. Then...Citron...where do I even begin? He was always my favorite GW2 plant, and this video... SOLIDIFIED EXACTLY WHY. Citron's dialogue and cool dude vibe were my favorite part of this whole video, it's also nice to see he's a team player during the Zombie heist. Speaking of Zombies... they're great, too! I do wish they had a little more screen time...maybe in episode two! The Zombies being these dumb little goons that get foiled by the plants is very 80's or 90's cartoon villain henchmen, with Zomboss serving as a hilarious villain, and the inclusion of the Hero Tron from PvZ Heroes to create Super Brainz was an awesome touch! Overall, this was the most adorable, light hearted, and personality filled way I've seen yet of someone trying to show Popcap and EA how much we love this franchise and these characters. Incredible job. Hopefully this put some smiles on people's faces during this trying time for the PvZ community...and motivated a few people to give it another chance. And I double hope that this little mini series continues for a long time. #SaveGW2

Yeah I did think Peashooter was the main character at first but I felt like Sunflower had a little more going for her and it suited the story I had to tell. Cactus was a blast to write bc she wasn’t afraid of saying anything that came to her mind. Chomper is kinda like a cute puppy too. AND YES. You’re the first person to say that Citron was their favorite! He needs more love! I wanted to get so many things accurate and not stray away from the lore too much or it’ll be pretty different. I kept the Art simple with no shading and such bc it was a lot easier since I had to sketch out every scene and I had to save time. There will def be more zombie screentime in the second part! For this episode they didn’t get much screentime bc we had to introduce each new plant hero. Thanks for again for watching. You made me feel real appreciated today. Let’s hope Sunflower feels better too :)

Oh boy, this actually looks pretty cool! This series shows how much someone still care about the Garden Warfare serie. I could say the intro is my favorite moment since it references the trailer from GW 1 and the song itself when it used to be in the intro of Peggle 1 (another game from PopCap). Anyways, great job on this!

If I was a reaction channel, you best believe I would be one of the first people making a reaction video. There were several moments when I laughed at the humor displayed in this video, very good and original. I really liked the personalities the GW1 crew had when they were meeting the GW2 crew. I really liked the consistency to the lore, with how the GW2 crew's origins went and how Super Brainz was a menace like he was in the comics - being immune to Rose's magic. The ending was very good, didn't see it coming and leaves me wanting more out of this series you're starting. I will be the number one supporter for this series, and I love the passion you've put into it while the community is banding together to revive GW2. #SaveGW2

Imo Cactus was the most fun to write bc she’s not afraid to say anything. And yeah I wanted to make the ending impactful. Sunflowers breakdown was honestly a nod to the players. She feels like she’ll never see them again and a lot of people feel like they’ll never see the game in its glory days again

Love the pilot and I hope for the best with this series going forward. Interested to see if we will have two sides just like how gw2 the plants kind of have their own stories and so do the zombies.And if their eventually be the gnomes and their space time for a different season. Wondering if the bosses such as laser bean or disco zombie would have cameos or the weeds and normal brown coats appear with their variants as well.

This was genuinely fun to watch! I can imagine what a PvZ animated series would be with this pilot! It may not have the quality of a professional animation but that doesn't matter, it's entertaining to watch and you can genuinely tell that it was made with love. I liked a lot the rhythm of the action sequences with Super Brainz! Specially that scene with Arcane Enigma... Wow Rose was so freaking cool with that!!... What a creative way to implement game mechanics to the scenes. Great job buddy! Its charming to see the actual lore being used for once 🤓

Amazing work you did here! The references, jokes, art style, characters, plot is all PERFECT! I really like original team of GW1 and Dave as valuable human, who raised them. Ending is heartbreaking, really sad i must say. And sunflower crying in the end is actually... Idk how to express it. You feel the pain your favourite character just meet. And you want to comfort them. But sometimes world can be cruel, so... Well, as i can see in the end, they may be still alive. So we still have a hope to see them again. This pilot was really good! My two favourite characters were Kernel Corn and Sunflower because they both seem to be the main character's and I just really loved this scene here 5:56 I actually felt bad for Kernel Corn, same goes to Sunflower for the ending. I'm actually thinking about doing a reaction video for this alone or a short review because you deserve more credit for this. Can't wait to see where the story goes from here and I hope Cactus, Chomper and Peashooter are ok.
