Oh I was there on Saturday. They had a new shipment then too. I picked up my first ever Alocasia silver dragon and a scindapsus exotica. I picked up the milk confetti too but I had to put it down haha. I love this nursery, I actually found out about it from your videos!

@@plantyange I got a begonia escargot and a few pretty pots 🥳 I love their fern section, where they had fern growing on and trailing off the actual shelf ledge; it looks amazing

It is crazy how plant pricing is so different from one area to the next. I’m in the middle of the US and this summer my grocery store had Manjula pothos for $4.99 in a 4 inch pot.

Cute nursery! Wow can’t find that many alocasias here in SF, but nice to see that they are affordable. Love walking through nurseries, so therapeutic. Always hard to walk out with just one pot or one plant hehe.

I got a Cebu Blue at my local Bunnings marked down to $15! They weren’t in bad shape either, compared to their usual mark downs 🤣 I was stoked! 🪴💕

It’s so wild to see how the plant prices vary in different countries. In the States, Manjulas are in all of your Big Box store for $20 for a full 8in pot.

Sadly, this varies by state too…it’s $12 for a cutting over here. $20 is the price of golden pothos at the Big Box stores in my area. Sigh…

Wow Syngonium Panda wouldn't be found in stores here ever. Or Cuprea. Or Milk Confetti. So different! But Majula might be found at Lowes for $5. 🤣

Always shocks me price differences. In nz alocasia silver dragon are $1000+ so to see one for $20 is crazy and begonia maculata is about the same maybe more lol

@@plantyange our prices are really high for plants especially some in particular. The amount of plants that you guys can get in Australia from somewhere just like bunnings that will cost about $1000 for a cutting here is crazy. We are slowly getting some more plants though that you guys can currently get but it's taking awhile. For example, we just got the syngonium confetti a few months ago. It's about $90 for a plant but before that one sold online for $2000 at the start of this year 😂 haha.
