Another suggestion for when the coil is in your way is to write on the sticker while still on the sheet and then placing the sticker on the page.

If I may be so bold to share that I found great options as printables for this style of goal orientation. I punched them and put them in my disc planner because as many times as I tried over the years to stick with coil, I could not do it as it did not fit my brain and needs. Nicely done monthly setup!
