I prefer weekly, because they feel realistic, showing what your intentions for the day were and then what the day actually looked like.

I feel like I get the most out of the daily plan with me ones, but I get a lot out of all of them so it's hard to pick. I know I've been super absent. I got a new job and while it is amazing and the best job ever for me, it has taken over a massive amount of time at the moment.
