This is my favorite arrangement of any steps of any irish dancing I've ever seen, nevermind the technical execution required to perform it (I've seen a lot and danced a lot myself). Crazy that this dance was invented before Starbucks, Redbull and any other form of caffeine. So I’m just going to have to believe these dancers received steady packages from Peru to keep them this energized.

If you’re this good at Irish tap dancing you’d easily become a top martial artist because movement and placement of the feet is crucial for moving in & out of range to deliver & evade blows or sword thrusts or slashes respectively. Proper foot placement also determines the power of blows delivered.
