I’ve always loved the original “Nates theme” since I was a kid. I played uncharted 3 when it came out and I fell in love with the game. The sun, the treasure, the mysterious music, I knew I had to get the first two and play them. I played the games 1-3 and even played three over again just to experience the feeling of playing the games in order. I’ve always had the theme in my heart, when I felt light and warm I’d look up to the sun and that was the melody playing in my heart. This is the theme of the heroes, uncharted four was the revisiting of this feeling years after I first started playing uncharted. It was the revisiting of that Kingdom like feeling. I’m grateful to have found that feeling again because now I know where it truly comes from... Fron within. Thank You Naughtydog!

People often think video games don't do you any good. I have to completely disagree with that statement. My most influential example is the Uncharted Series. Not only has it taking me out of the pits of depression, it has also taught me friendship, dedication, and compassion. The game teaches you to stay true to your friends because you will never know when you will need them or when they will need you. There are many examples of this in the video game where Sully or Elaine would come in to save Drake in an intense situation and join him in his adventures. Never take people for granted because you will never know when you'll need them in the lows and highs of your life. I also learned dedicated towards your goals because death, injury, a broken train hanging from an edge of a clip, demons, desserts, mountains, betrayals, mercenaries, the ocean, and a crashing plane didn't stop Drake, so what's stopping me from achieving my goals? I learned that you push through, no matter what the restrictions or obstacles are. Life is never a straight path, life is a path you choose, and every path has its potholes. Compassion was shown a lot during the game to because Drake has shown care and commitment towards his companions, even willing to give up his own life for their safety. Although Drake is a fictional character, he was taught me more than most people in real life.

I just have to say that Ive been a fan of the Uncharted series since the beginning. Ive been playing games since the early 80's and although I hear people throwing around Zelda, or Final Fantasy or Warcraft I feel this series has hands down has the best stories, best character arc, and most heart of any game ive ever played. You've done an amazing job on improving an already incredible theme, best mix and arrangement ive heard in a loooong time. Keep up the good work.
