HPT-300 - Oxygen and Argon Plasma

Henniker’s HPT plasma systems can access the entire, continuous range of ratios of binary gas mixtures - fast and accurately. In this example, the HPT-300 (13L volume) starts with a 100% oxygen plasma, then continuously varies the ratio of oxygen and argon until 100% air plasma, then back again, in less than 30 seconds. The short residence time of gas in the chamber means faster cycle times and cleaner samples.
