Well the one who asked and then obeyed not calling 911 should also be in jail….she should have called anyway. Personally I don’t think it would have mattered if they called 911….it’s obvious the wife had already had tons of plastic surgery procedures and the more you have the more sensitive you become to anesthesia and the numbing medicines and you’re more likely to have reactions to those. Plus ambulances don’t get anywhere within 5 minutes or even 10 minutes….so they would have had to wait for the ambulance anyway. Plus he was trying to revive her himself….so it wasn’t like he didn’t do anything….he did the same that the EMS people would have done. But the one who asked if they should call 911 and then didn’t call 911 should be charged too…because she didn’t call 911….so she’s responsible too.

@@starshine3588 I wonder what she looked like before the cosmetic surgery. She's 33 years old, I don't know why she would want to do any invasive cosmetic surgery at such young age. Wrinkles wouldn't have kicked in yet. The most is maybe some fine lines, age spots, rough skin, or acne scars, nothing that otc bha or aha cream can't fix.

While in objective beauty it might be considered unattractive, to me, it's not. People who undergo plastic surgery often want to satisfy societal standards of objective beauty. After surgery, they might end up with features like duck lips or hard, unnatural-looking breasts. Additionally, plastic surgery requires maintenance every few months. Without maintenance, it can become quite unattractive, and even with maintenance, over time it can start to look scary. It's a foreign material that your body tries to reject, which is why you need ongoing maintenance to keep adding more foreign material. Honestly they never attracted me, i dunno every one have his taste

Yeah he’s the dad who didn’t like his son in law, which is made very clear. And she clearly wanted plastic surgery done on her- and likely as cheap as possible without an anesthesiologist present. It’s medical malpractice for sure. The question is would have calling 911 sooner saved her life? I’m on the verge of saving likely not.

If you read up on the case you will see she was at fault too. Posed as a nurse, did procedures on patients despite not being a doctor or nurse, spiked her IV bag, took pills before surgery, and would get upset if he met a patient without her. She even sutured her own skin before he started on her arms, which killed her.

I kinda like it because it means I could possibly live a normal life again, plus going night night is probably some of the best “sleep” I’ve ever gotten. I Have had over 50 procedures done on my spine. Most minor surgery but some EXTREMELY major, many times with complications but I’d rather take the chance to get better than to stay as I am.

It was almost certainly a medical mistake, which caused him to panic watching his wife crash and try to take matters into his own hands. It absolutely counts as medical negligence, but it was unlikely done with malicious intent, as he cannot control rare side effects of anesthesia. Most folks commenting should chill out on the true crime. As a doctor myself, this is precisely why we aren’t supposed to operate on family. Despite the fact that plastic surgery is a hard specialty to match into, it doesn’t negate the fact that common sense tends to go out the window when a loved one is dying, and even more-so when you’re the primary person responsible for responding appropriately to an emergency. This was avoidable on so many levels, which is why he’s being arrested. Overall, I hope he and her dad find peace eventually.

Glad others aren't jumping on the bandwagon before weighing all the evidence, I think he's not guilty but I haven't heard his side and theirs is lacking credibility.

This sounds very similar to that story of the 18 year old girl who had breast implants surgery and something went wrong but the doctor waited like 5 hours before calling 911 and by that time it was too late.

$50,000 bond is nothing for a surgeon . Plus, they pay only 5 or 10% of the stated bond . That's horrible. 😢

Investigators need to look into the state of their marriage. I know they were only married for 16 months, but I feel like it’s a convenient way for a skilled, specialized plastic surgeon to get out of a marriage without a divorce.
