Sometimes we forget a band; a group of peculiar, has a unique dynamic and that dynamic changes even when one single member parts away... my point is, we give so much attention to the most charismatic members of a band, we forget there's so much people involved in the sound of said band that if you take them away of the equation, the result will be different... drummers, bass players... even the producers.
