For last 5 to 7years my प्लेटलेट्स काउंट is about 32 thosands only.but don't feel any problem. In bone marrow test thrombocytopinea and erythrocytopinea. Once I visited hematologist then plt count was 1 lacs. I was adviced only folic acid for a month. So many others test was normal.

Sir I have access to good med treatment. Despite good B12 level my platelets are remaining low. For the sake of experiment i tried pepita leaves. Within 48 hours my platelets doubled but after few days again went down.

Plates live only for 14 days but even if you take papaya leaves you need to take papaya leave juice every 14 days, plse ask your doctor. If you want to improve platelets permanently go for a ultra sound scan of your liver and see whether you have fatty liver or liver ciroscis. Not liver L F T test or shot or sgpt test. It may be OK but you may have liver ciroscis. If you have liver scirocis take ursocol 300 after foid once or twice under supervision of a liver gastro doctor
