It's my first time growing out my hair, and your videos were a great help on this journey. I apply an egg mask to my hair once a week and massage my scalp thrice weekly using liiitleextra cocooconion hair oil. Then, I rinse with cocoonion shampoo, and I stick to this routine constantly. I'm pleased to say that my hair fall has completely stopped.

After using this cocoonniion hair shampoo over more than a week, this product began show better effects in comparison to other shampoo cleansers. At present, I’m experiencing no hair fall problems and the smell is very good and hair is developing gradually but the product’s certainly effective.

@@msb1388 if you are a women then iron tablets and Vit b 12 but first get your blood test done to see which vitamins or minerals you are deficient in. And see your doctor for the dosage. First my doctor gave me 150 mg iron dose later she changed to 300mg as It was not improving my condition. Vitamin B12 I take 1000 mcg 3-4 times in a week not every day

Very useful information. Thank you Sir. B12 was less in me right from teenage but I wasn't able to identify it. Now I identified it coz it became more severe and got fainting feeling frequently. Also I started losing my hairs from 8th std class. All these were really depressing.

I should have seen this video earlier!!! I regret by not doing that..... yes I have been diagnosed with vitamin B12 deficiency recently and the symptoms I ignored were 1. Hair decolouring ( brown to light brown) 2. Frequent mouth ulcers 3. Blurr eyes... I have been prescribed with injections (monthly 4) and O2 tablets.... And I genuinely request not to ignore these symptoms.

So true. As a vegetarian, b12 was something i couldn't get through food easily. However made a rule to have eggs every two weeks outside. This got affected due to COVID lockdowns ( no vendors). Thus my b12 got interrupted giving rise to several complications as Dr. Mishra explained.

@Rana Ji 5-6 eggs a month in all. Now I have resumed eating eggs, more frequently and 4 times the laughably miniscule amount I'd earlier 😀

@@jp00680 The way I consumed milk previously (chai, paneer subzi) made any B12 nil. Now consuming them afresh, as per the doctor and this is in addition to the b12 supplements. My QOL has drastically improved.

Dairy products like milk n curd you can have for B12 deficiency. If u r vegetarian. But if u r vegan there's sprout u can consume.

Take vegan b12 suppliment weekly 1 or twice a week. Our body need very less amount of b12 B12 comes from bacteria which is present in soil if you take root vegetables (organically generated) you get enough b12. No need of any animal product Animal products are reason behind every disease.

My B12 was 211 pg/ml . seems to be Lower side of range ,Pure vegetarian age 69 years.My symptoms skin itching, burning sensation, sudden pins and needles in foot and legs Numbness in foot and hands, constipation and recurrence of diaherria, nerve pain , weakness, pale skin, dizziness, extremely blurred vision, fatigue , less taste, sleepiness, faints , forgetfulness, but no other neurological disorder. How when b12 is in recommended range 180-900 pg/ml ??

Take 2 tablets of neurobion forte daily for vitamin B12 deficiency. It is easily available and harmless even if you have adequate vitamin B12 level.

Damn I had grey hair when I was 14. Thought it was genetics. Headache, hair loss, anxiety, mouth ulcers was common for me. Now I'm dealing with leg weakness due to nerve problems. I haven't been to a doctor but I'm trying to increase B12 in diet but if I don't see some progress I'll have to add supplements. I'm 20 now so it took some years for it show the full on effects.

Consult a neurologist and take injection of B12. Only injection effects in B12 deficiency....no tablets or supplements work here....I too have deficiency of B12 cause I am vegan....don't have B12 in my diet....so I have to take injection in every three months....means 4 injections in a year of B12. Then my brain works....otherwise I became Gajani!...
