No need to put anything only best quality chilly powder or malwani masala and salt. Fry fish for 2-3 times on both sides then only the best taste will come out.

Wrongly fried, when you put besan it should not be tawa fry it has to be deep fry like chicken. Dont put besan while doing tawa fry and besan will reduce fish taste becuase of besan the masala will not go into the fish and fish will taste plain. Only chilli powder or Malwani masala and salt for best fish tawa fry. It is RAWAS fish am I correct. 🎉🎉🎉
