i couldn't get my player to move after i put the motion controller, i went back to check if i got everything copied down correctly and i dont see anything different. what could be the issue

Under the "Player" actor, for left, right and jump replace "Constrain Attribute" with "Change Attribute".

It must be a glitch the same thing happened to me I restarted gamesalad and it worked fond

for me everything works fine except the jumping I checked multiple times but my character will jump over and over again even if its not touching the ground

Quillanka this might be a little late, but just make it so you have to be touching the ground to jump

Click [Player] go to [Jump] Under [Jump] Add [Collision] to your set [Rules] - Actor overlaps or collides with: [Actor of type] [Platform] Took me a while but I figured it out on my own :D
