Another delicious treat, I can barely wait to eat. Let's watch the session, Taught with perfection. Kneaded to a smooth finish, Cook the mince with Corriander garnish. Time to play with the dough, Neatly measured in a row. Fill the mince in the pocket, Seal the sides like a buttoned jacket. Oil is ready for frying, Here they come out for drying. Plated with a delicious chutney, Taste test executed by Wendy. Yummmmm!

Ingredients For the Samosa Wrap 1½ cup All Purpose Flour ½ tsp Salt ½ tbsp Oil ½ cup + 1 tsp Water, add more if required For the Samosa Filling 2 tbsp Oil 2 cups Red Onion, finely diced 1 cup Tomato, finely chopped ½ tbsp Ginger Paste 1 tbsp Garlic Paste 1 Green Chili, finely chopped 500 grams Ground Beef 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Chili Powder ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder ½ tsp Coriander Powder ½ tsp Cumin Powder 2 tbsp Vinegar 1 tbsp Sugar ¼ cup Cilantro, finely chopped For the Paste 1½ tbsp All Purpose Flour 2 tbsp Water

They look fantastic, my mouth is watering already. I have only one question, can this be put in the air fryer instead of frying them in so much oil? I have health issues that prevent me from doing that. Thank you in advance for your answer, greetings from Canada.

Dinorah, you can definitely cook them in an air fryer. I would recommend brushing a little oil on them cause in the air fryer you tend not to get that golden colour to them. Any which way I’m sure you are still going to enjoy them 😋😋
