That bus is one of my old favourites from my teenage years, I used to regularly travel on 3736 sitting in that very seat 34 years ago with my Walkman, although it didn't get much use as I would rather listen to that L10 and the diff whine it's always had. 3736 ran with Go Ahead Northern out of Winlaton depot for many years, at the time and was regular on my scholars bus (887) it was well known back then to be the fastest of that batch, I've seen myself the speedometer off the clock along the A1 late at night on the last services out of Newcastle. I'm listening on a sound bar with a subwoofer, the noises have never changed. Fond memories and im glad to see it still lives and goes like a rocket just the way I will always remember, Winlaton depot had a batch (B734-741GCN) the other 7 were nowhere near as quick, although 3738 was its closest runner up🚎💨

6:13 just before he eases off that must have been the national speed limit, plus before that overtaking cars, it's still as healthy as all those years ago❤
