Sure, you can check out the "The Presocratic Philosophers", by Johnatan Barnes, which is very thorough in its approach, he really goes into some of the arguments. Another book with a more general approach is Frederick Coplestone's "A History of Philosophy, Vol. 1", this is very good to start with. For something really approachable and more of a general overview, you could see "Presocratic Philosophy: A Very Short Introduction" by Catherine Osborne. There's also "The Presocratic Philosophers: A Critical History with a Selection of Texts" by Kirk, Raven, & Schofield, which is full of original fragments from the philosophers and accompanying interpretations.
