This is a head-cannon where Tommy is just a fused version of Mumbo and Grian that they labeled their “accidental code child” lmao.

How did you do the winged ears for grian?

I moved and edited the shape of a bunch of random accessory pieces in the hats category! :)

I'd guess that the blue and red part are that one horn/antler-ish acc (page 7, second acc in the second row if you count from the top left) in the Accessory Bottom slot while the yellow part is the lemon-with-leave acc (page 11, first item in the top row) in the Accessory Middle slot (the one next to Accessory Bottom since it's behind teh bangs or however that hair part is called), then obv you color it however you want and adjust it to your liking ^^ hope that helps maybe, also sorry in advance for any spelling/grammar mistakes since english isn't my first language
