Stress reduction in the now: Yes, walk in nature. Stroll along a river, lake or ocean. Yes, listen to soothing music. Spend time with animals.

One last drop (pun intended) to the stress reduction topic: what sometimes helps me is to hold the back of my hand under running water. Preferably cold. The trick is to concentrate on the feeling + watch closely the streams running down the skin. Disclaimer: only works without gloves:) (all the 50'-styled ladies - sorry, you're out)

If you have good finalities with your creation, it will better to name your economic action , not charity, but sponsoring or other vocabolary appropritate for recirocity action, for idea developpement....don't be feeling targeted personnally, same thing :simple minds, africa coop tour, in France equivalences....A good intention with this eco market adapted for will federate obligatory.... Moby, i have loved your music for decades, and saw you perform the first time back in 1991 or 1992 in Boulder, Colorado. Own most of your catalog on vinyl. But, i must say that sadly your politics have become awful. Even worse most of your points are easily refutable talking points of the Democratic party. I have been independent for a long time. The rest of the United States, not California or New York as much, are being crushed by the horrible policies of the current administration. I want you to understand that there has been a media blitz of lies and misinformation for the past 10 years. A simple search on almost every talking point can be easily brought to fact that will crush the narrative that the liberal agenda is one to become policy in our constitutional republic. I know you will not change your view, but remember punk rock used to go against the policies of what the UNIPARTY , has been doing for the past 20 years. Still love you, but have major disagreements with your current political stance. Oddly the world has so many people in it that cannot be nice when it comes to politics. Stay frosty my man!
