Get Gloves of Dexterity (18 dex flat). Dump Dex at lvl 1. Max Str and 16 in int should be fine. Pick Tavern Brawler (double str attack bonus and dmg => it demolishes). Get Open Palm Monk. Get War Wizard or Abjuration. Get Yuanti Armor from Last Light Inn vendor after you get medium armor proficiency ( now you have 20 AC with no buffs). Get shield spell, magic missiles and all other rays and beams you would like for maximum over 9000 power.

Lets try Vegeta build: monk 5/sorcerer 7(storm variant). Repeating beams folloewd by a great explosion= twin scourge rays+quicken fireball, then go home flying. Take magic initiate warlock to get eldritch blast plus hellish rebuke (vegeta has an attack that he points then explodes). I dont thought about goku yet, but i beliave there is a spell (sunbeam or something) that looks like kamehame ha

Haha, it was fun to play as this. There are ultimately stronger Monk builds but the game is beatable with many builds so it's nice to play something different at times.

Glad you enjoyed it, I think Monk in general is a lot stronger than many realize. How's your AC and survivability with that feat? I could still take that as the second feat but unless I respec it'll add +2 total.

@@MinMaxRPG I'm playing tavern brawler and you have high AC from heavy armor and a shield, plus you don't need to dump so many stat points across for high ac which is awesome.

Tavern Brawler is cool, but most people want to play like an ordinary melee fighter without a shield and staff, just striking with their hand@@curveofsound

For the level 1 stats, you said that at level 4 you'd put a +1 into both Dex and Wis. That gives you 18 Dex and 16 Wis at that point. You should still go for even nubmers in that case, by going 16 in both (swap the +2 and +1 around), and then take +2 Dex at level 4. This gives the same result from level 4 onwards, but gives you 1 more Wis bonus from levels 1-3. Odd numbers are usually only good if you want to take some half-feats (like Resilient Wisdom or Athelete etc), or if you assume you'll get the Hag Hair.

I'd think so, tbh haven't explored it myself because I'm enjoying the 10 Sorc / 2 Lock for Eldritch Blast so much.

Keep in mind that Eldritch Blast keys off of CHA, which was a dump Stat in this build
