You can do it, but the problem on do counterjungle isn't only the enemy jungler, if they have ward, bot/mid can go and kill him, so isn't worth the risk. If you have red trinket can do it more times, he forgot buy it first back.

I think all people saying now Lilia is broken because she is S+ tier on stats pages are baiting people hard. Lilia imo is weak and she is decent ONLY when played by OTP's and played WELL like you said in the video and thats why she is high on the lists now. But to play her well you need many games and even then she is not super strong imo. Slow dmg, all skill shots, very squishy and get one shotted later, ulti is dealyed. I play Lilia a lot and this is the biggest bait I've ever seen KZbinrs saying she is S+ tier and telling people to play her LOL and "print LP" and showcasing a game where the enemy jungler is trolling and all his lanes are winning lmfao. I don't think lillia having 53% WR in master is that good. Most high elo players tend to have 52-55% WR so it's kinda inflated. When looking at win rates you need to take this into acount. A champion with 50% win rate in iron is really strong because people there have on avarage 45% or less win rate.
