Mercy is a rare pick in competitive these days, her ult is the only reason people even consider taking her at all. She's not very versatile only having healing, or a tiny damage amplification or a res. Ana can deny healing, put people to sleep or increase healing on top of a great ult, and lucio can speed boost which is huge. Stuff like that makes mercy a low tier pick so I really wouldn't say mercy needs a nerf.

Blizzard's ban system in all of it's games is automated. They have directly lied to players straight to their faces about this fact many times, but it has been proven conclusively that their ban systems are automated. One famous youtuber playing World of Warcraft put this theory to the test, it may have been Asmongold, dont remember, but he got a whole bunch of people to report him at once and he instantly lost his connection and was locked out of his account. 100% automated. Blizzard are lying sacks of steaming shit. Too lazy and too cheap to do their job, they rely on automation to handle everything.
