Know that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame ! (Romans 5:3-5). God is using this situation to have you solely depend on Him, so I encourage you to keep running to His word and set a time out in the day to devote to Him, and carry His words with you in your heart. Jesus completely transformed my mental health and it also had many positive impacts on my physical health, so keep staying faithful and know that ANYTHING is possible to the one who believes. God only removes to replace with something better. Biggest thing for me was secret place and reading book of psalms. You’re like a King David right now and need to pour your heart out to God like you’re talking to your best friend. Then stay in Bible His word will cleanse you and help heal and mend that broken heart. I was cheated on by my sons dad so many times I lost count heart break again and again then he got married to someone else in like 3 months. But God stood with me the entire time now I’m in a season of singleness which is the most prescious & important thing for you in your life where God begins to heal and then soon…. Heavenly Father, Sheldon needs Your loving arms to wrap around him and give him the strength to overcome his anger. Help him find help in a church he feels safe in. Let him know that You know where the anger is coming from and that You have already started working on any problems that may exist. It takes time to work out all the kinks and for you to find what tools You need to use in order to free yourself from the chains you are holding on to. Father, show Sheldon the path you have for him to walk in so he can overcome and build the relationship with You that he desperately needs. Help him work out all the hurt that other people have felt after he has let lose. Help them accept his apologies so a better relationship with each of these people can start to grow and can help him see You at all times. Help him catch himself before his outbursts and help him leave the room until his anger is under control. Show him ways to get back in their good graces so he can build the community he so desperately needs. Give him the strength to stay with it until he has overcome.
