Bourrasque is one of the best Tanks. (The best in the right Hands) It has better camo than some Lights. And a hard hitting gun and Speed. Perfekt for Hit and Run Gameplay. I won so Many Losing Games with it. Truly incredible.

Zero surprise here and a simple analysis. People take care with reloaders, looking for the best opportunity to unload the magazine, and that's why the hit rate is high. With the 50TP Prototype, and to a lesser degree the Rino, these are mostly played by skilled players. The 50TP was difficult to achieve unless in an active clan while the Rino is top tier of the newest line so required a heap of free XP to get it immediately. You want supporting evidence? Check the regular 50TP. If it's a tank characteristic, then hit rate will be similar. It won't be because all types of players play it.

Does the hit rate take into account the damage done as well, it’s pointless hitting your target if you don’t pen and do damage.

No. There's a separate stat for penetration. That it wasn't mentioned in the video is more evidence this channel is so lazy and sloppy these days. With the 50TP Prototype, the obvious thing would be check the regular 50TP, compare, and make an analysis. That being that better players use the Prototype while reloaders do well because players instinctively look for good opportunities to dump the magazine.

#1 Players should & can gain more accuracy if they wait until the reticle shrinks/narrows all the way. #2 Gain more accuracy from the Equipment Section, and choose the smaller dispersion size, However, this will slightly increase your loading time a little longer. I personally will always take more accuracy over Missing a shot. Everybody needs to pay attention to the dispersion size Because they are all different for each tank category Each tank. When it comes to heavy tanks, I'm trying to keep the dispersion under 0.350

dude when wg has decided ur shot will miss, it misses, regardless of ur dispersion, reticule size, etc. fully aimed shots with 1pixel sliver outside the enemy tank, your shot will go to that 1px sliver and miss enemy, bcos wg didnt want u getting that shot. its that simple.
