I notice the way he grabs the other fighter in the first place is at a wierd angle, is it implied he know he would grab him because he knew a future version of himself would shove a future opponent into his opponent, thus ensuring the success of his move? I'm not sure I've ever had so many existential questions about time after witnessing a ultimate attack.

i love the attention to detail. like when scare crow starts the match theres a puff of fear gas making him look that crazy way with the broken noose and after the super move hes a normal guy until the gas so really the entire time its like youve been fighting under the effects of gas

If Supers are so inefficient and a waste of time, then why are they in the game?...Because of the awe factor. Much like the Fatalities in Mortal Kombat, its an element in the game that people enjoy even if it doesn't contribute to the match itself. And of course, things that invoke awe are entirely subjective, but that hasn't stopped our entire species from tending to go with the majorities' opinion, it doesn't necessarily make them correct BUT from a marketing standpoint the Majorities' opinion SELLS. I'm just wondering where I stood on a larger scale and if I was as underwhelmed by this game as much as everybody else.

I like the Flash's time travel super, but I always feel that there should be a hit right after the spinning. Specifically when future self gets slammed into past self. The camera angle and speed at that point is already set for a good "What was that?" moment.

I wanted to keep count of the references to another sourced DC media but couldn't keep up. Either it's a series or a movie, almost every character here has one. Some are pretty obvious like the boomtube and used by Cyborg, the Wonder Woman lasso move with her feet, or the camera view of Superman beating. I don't know if it should be considered fan service or dedication to the other related materials about the characters.
