Nearly same type as our house in Torrevieja. We have the type with 3 beds up. 2 baths. And roof top terrace and urb. Pool.👍🇧🇻. You get real similar house in Torrevieja NE. Aguas Nuevas area for just around 200k.😎

Is this a new thing you guys are doin ? My dad's 2 bedroom with upper solarium appartment in Catral is for sale right noo , at VlilaSol , Calle El Molino , cracking big communal pool and gardens with bbq's etc, only 110k Euros. If i had been over just noo you could have featured it lol

I take it you've posted as your looking for folks opinions? FWIW Decent house, but completely overpriced for location and it looks like its north facing- a no no for 5 months of year. Granted, its a sellers market at moment, but theres better out there.
