Big announcement! I am coming to see you! Get tickets at heathermcdonald.net.
Did HBO send in college girls with hidden microphones to Alabama sorority houses to film a documentary about Bama Rush?? Then Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt from the iconic reality series, The Girls Next Door, are here, and they do tell all. They are now rewatching all of the show’s episodes and sharing what was real and what was fake. They answered my questions about what it was like to be intimate with Heff. We cover their relationship with Kendra, the recent A&E Playboy Documentary, and some of its shocking claims. This interview is juicy, honest, and funny; enjoy!

@@tasheenajones9863 do you say these things about all abusive relationships? like i don’t understand people with this argument. it’s common knowledge that the relationship was transactional on BOTH sides. yes, the girls made that choice and yes they stayed. but so do millions of other victims in abusive relationships! there’s so much psychology behind it. the girls are all open about the fact that they moved into the house because it offered stability, fame and money. but most of them stayed because their reputation had been ruined, there was tons of revenge porn lined up for them, and they had no money of their own. they were trapped, psychologically. in most abusive relationships leaving is of course an option, but a VERY scary one. its easy for you to say that these girls chose to be there but after years of manipulation, abuse and gaslighting it slowly brought down their self-confidence to leave. just because they “chose” to stay doesn’t mean that they weren’t victims of abuse. stop defending this man and victim-blaming. you sound so slow.

@@wardatkins1320 as someone who’s been in an abusive relationship, their stories are relatable and give strength to victims of abuse. they’re benefiting monetarily from it but that doesn’t negate all the good that’s coming out of it. hef was an abusive predator and this needs to be talked about. men are no longer getting away with the gross shit that they used to. he’s being held accountable. if you hate what these women are doing so much… why are you watching this podcast?? it makes no sense. if you’re so opposed to this content, then why are you engaging and giving them views? put your money where your mouth is. if you don’t like what they have to say, don’t listen. it’s that’s simple.

Was it interesting or do you not believe her cause you saw a fake documentary which sole purpose was to disparage and condemn a man who can't defend himself... Interesting that you call those girls intelligent after contradicting themselves several times in that interview and making themselves the victims when one clearly talked about how bad she wanted to be part of that crowd, staying there 7 years and while the other "traumatized" victim talks about her life in Vegas, her spin off show, her books... none of which would be possible if not for Hugh. If he was that much of an asshole, why did she stay 7 years. Cause she's a gold digger and when he corny make babies and set her up for life, she bounced.

Like idc either way if another woman chooses not to be a mother, no one HAS to do anything other people expect them to, or live any kind of life that isn't true to themselves, and if what you're saying is true that she's been trying and hasn't had success yet, and Heather that like that too her- that's a hundred times worse than of Brigitte just decided not to have any children and Heather spoke like that to her about it! And if Heather KNEW that she'd struggled that's a thousand times worse!!! I was subscribed, but I found that and a few other things she did and said to the girls to be unforgivable enough to unsubscribe... idk if I'll ever try watching this channel again...

Well Holly was the one exposed to him the most out of the three so it makes sense she'd be the target of his wrath more than the other two. She also seems like she was conditioned by a narcissistic parent for her to back down to his ego constantly. She couldn't even have her own personal space. That was his way of establishing a trauma bond with him. Narcissists worsen with age and maybe even said things like "if it weren't for me blah blah blah, no decent man would want you with your reputation, you're never having a traditional family bc of that, you're known as a bimbo no one takes you seriously, I could ruin you if I so chose.." type of vindictive language as he became increasingly insecure and frail I imagine. I mean he even tried to knock her up with IVF. He saw her as locked in whereas he knew Bridgette and Kendra were destined for greener pastures anyways so it didn't really serve him to make regular hostilities with all the girls as it would create shared trauma amongst them and that makes it easier to call out. So yeah, it's no wonder Holly has a little more tea on hef.

That's what it looks like on the outside. When I saw few seasons of the reality show with the three girls. I was shocked what it looked like in the inside also. It looked creepy and not kept up. I would think it would look glamorous, it didn't to me.it looked like a creepy old mansion unkept. I have no idea why these girls stayed if they never got money and really not much traveling either. Sound like they were prisoners. I doubt he would of left them anything if they stayed. I'm curious did Holly want to marry Hefner for the inheritance money because in this interview it doesn't sound like she ever loved him. Bridget seems very sweet. Kendra totally moved on in her life. She really doesn't even think about those years. She is raising her children and working in real estate . She is the healthiest one out of all of them. She has no need to rehash the Hugh Hefner days. Good for Kendra, for moving on and putting her children first. I hope Kendra finds a good man, she deserves it. She really never got in as a playmate to me. Bridget is sweet. There's something about Holly I don't trust. I don't know what it is about her. I think Hugh Hefner was a very dark mental human being. I also would of loved to hear more about Bridget. I didn’t know living without responsibility and being payed to lounge around a mansion was considered “lemons”. I’d be embarrassed to complain about a house being run down when I spend my days sitting in it without a job. I guess you don’t end up living in the mansion cause you like cleaning though. My sisters used to watch this show and as an adult is hard to see how they managed to do nothing with that opportunity besides get f***ed and let your dogs piss and poop all over the place. If there was a female version of hef you think guys would do the same thing? I’d play House with a granny and use her platform to make myself rich. I guess in the end that is their plan except instead of building something they will just turn a geriatric into some sexual task master. Have you ever been around people this age? They have about 4-6 hours in a day that they can even do anything.

I am SOOOO sick of women and the media exploiting the metoo movement. These are the opposite of feminists. Real feminists don't prostitute themselves for money and fame and then f'ng cry about it. Sick of this obvious horse shit! Armie Hammer is selling timeshares on an island right now when there's zero proof of supposed abuse. Just weird, kinky texts and consensual bondage between adults! Interesting interview. Yes, Holly wants to be the star of an era that has ended. I had always loved the show GND. I was a huge fan of Holly's even after the show ended and was also a fan of her new show Holly's World in Vegas. When she wrote her book, Rabbit Hole, in which she trashed Heff and Kendra, my admiration faded. Don't fans realize that Holly is trashing the hand that fed her? And Holly was a bridesmaid in Kendras wedding at the mansion! Why the hate toward Kendra? Fellow fans, Holly does not acknowledge that her claim to fame came from her relationship with Heff and the show GND. She's been trashing Heff for years because things didn't go her way, meaning that Heff did not want to marry her. That's why Holly left the mansion, but she'll never admit it. I watched the GND episodes that clearly showed she was in love with Heff and wanted to marry him. In this interview she's saying it was all an act? I don't believe that. I'm not saying that Heff was perfect but he doesn't deserve the attacks from her over the years. She loved him and the Playboy lifestyle and could have walked away from it at any time if she was truly dissatisfied. It's astounding to me that she continues to ride on Heff's famous coattails to keep her name up in lights . Holly's KZbin channel is all about her re-watching and analyzing GND episodes. She's obsessed. And now the new podcast GIRLS NEXT LEVEL is the same thing, rehashing her playboy story. Fans, come on! it is very sad that she has nothing else to do but trash Heff? She has no other projects in the entertainment industry, no acting, modeling? Why? I don't have any criticism for Kendra or Bridget because they have not behaved as Holly has. Holly, move on with your life, your playboy days are over! As a somewhat fan myself, I would love to see Holly take on some new and interesting projects that show some real talent!

You are very clearly not a fan of hers. I relate to Holly very much, and you shouldn’t judge her. This is how she copes. It’s her choice. She was the closest to Hef, so she was burned far worse than the other women. She has a right to tell her story. And btw, if you’ve never been in a position with an old man like this where you feel like you have to do things and you just try to make the best of it? You have no idea how it feels to wake up one day and realize what actually happened. To realize you were living in a fog and fooling yourself and that you are actually brutally traumatized by the things that went on. I have a similar story to hers, I was once with a man when I was 20 who was 68. I found him charming and he was like a mentor. We were so close. But I felt like I had to sleep with him. He manipulated me for years. And it haunts me every day. She just woke up and realized what happened to her and how dare you judge her for that. I promise what you see on tv, is not REALITY

@@Primseygirl101 The purpose of this forum is to read different points of view. If you don’t like it, don’t comment here. Whether I am a fan or not is irrelevant. I’m not saying that Holly shouldn’t grieve about her hard times. But she's already done that and she wants to live in the past and not move forward. Ok, So be it, I can’t help noticing it, and if that offends you, that is too bad. Holly is very talented and creative. For example, she designed the merchandise (clothing and jewelry)for GND! Why not channel her energy into something positive instead of continuing with the sad playboy past life? She could start a clothing line, jewelry line, wig line, makeup line, anything she wants, and she could be a success. She has the fame, name, and followers to make it happen. I hope she realizes this someday, and I wish her well. As a fan of Holly’s, you too should encourage her, and hopefully you have moved on with your own life as well.

She was acting very anxious. Nervous didn’t really want to talk about when she lived at the mansion, but when she talked about her realtor career, she completely opened up but people don’t wanna hear about that.
