My favorite missile that I've seen made, was one a tiny bit larger than that but it spins and releases a barrage of battery-decoys in all directions to confuse the enemy, it also has like 27 warheads in the head though so BIG BOOM

I have experimented with decoy deploying missiles, but they do end up more bulky and aren't quite as simple with the AI control blocks and their janky targeting. The best part of player made weapons, though, is that you can actually experiment and engineer complex solutions to make those things work.

Have you thought about expanding "SoTW"? Like making it a livestreamed and listed video to get views passively? Then you can make longer, more elaborate builds. All I'm saying is I love seeing how people build in creative; helps me learn and steal build techniques. P.S.: can ya make a little warship, like a corvette or maybe even a refurbish cargo vessel turned pirate ship? Luv the vids. Keep it up!

I actually intended this second season of SotW to be livestreamed, but then I did a test stream and realized I just don't like doing it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I do have an idea for a livestream series designing an entire integrated fleet that I may do at some point if I find the motivation/will.

Only slightly over complicated/engineered 😉 It’d be super cool if you could speed up the piston when it’s going down and then the extend id the slow again, also maybe a camera? Also what you could call a “blooper” at the end with the drop boxes was actually pretty neat, they’d look cool as a lava kinda thing of it stayed like that,

Next you could maybe make a mobile base (Rover) and slap the missile launcher on it. (It’s just an suggestion, since I personally don’t have space engineers I don’t know if you could build that big of a rover in an hour)

Definitely doable, albeit a bit more complex. That style of weapon has been made more or less obsolete with the in-game rail guns and easy guided missiles, but it could be fun to explore what they can do.
