These weights seem soooo arbitrary... like they just threw a dart at a wheel with numbers on them and said "Yes, that's perfectly balanced" lol. Great work!

Its interesting that Renown has such a small impact, when its the general guide for how far into the game you are Since as you go through Tiers you become able to become Mercenary, Vassal, or rule your own Realm. Though indirectly it influences every other thing, since it enables you to get fiefs, increase party size, companion limit, caravan limit

I enjoy these video's thanks. Curious if you have any details on clan AI? example questions (my kingdom, 6-10clans in it) 1) how do they decide the size of the army they create 1extra) they all have 1100+ influence, but sometimes they only create a 500-600 army, other times they create 1000+ army. 2) how do they decide what to target 3) why do they sometimes fail at sieging a super weak castle (ex. completely demolished castle with 0 in all categories, 1 wall) I am looking to optimize my end game, so if I need "X" to ensure I get the results I will make it happen. Cheers

Yep, it may not change anything for anyone. A few people asked about it. Other people provided info they found on the interwebs. I had my own assumptions. We were all wrong.

Hi, I have some questions about AI Lords and Ladies, Nobles, Clan Leaders or AI Clan members in general: 1. How do they use money and loot, what for, and in which way? (The most clear to me is troops recruitment, but there might be something I'm missing). In particular: 2. If I give some Nobles/Lords/Ladies (Clan members of other clans that are not Clan leaders) money, will they keep them and spend them over time, or is it completely useless doing so cause they're "bank account" is linked to their Clan leader? Throughout my game, i found out that these lords make sums of money of any kind (100k, 200k, etc...) disappear after a while, whilst a clan leader doesn't. 3. So, do these Lords act as extra parties created by the player for the AI, and thus, the only way to finance them would be to give money to their leaders directly? 4. In my playthrough I have built and improving a strong Empire (Imperial Culture Fiefs + some Non-Imperial ones as buffer zones), but most (probably all of them) are dealing with, most of the time, by high food consumption due to an exceeding number of troops stacked in the garrison by the AI. In many places, they are not needed at all in such numbers (200/300+ only of garrison). The fiefs from the inside are dealing better with it, but not always good enough, as their villages haven't experienced a single raid in years, and their castes and towns never even been touched negatively by the wars on the frontlines. Those on the outskirts though, such as the ones around Ortysia, Amprela, Lageta, Garontor, Veron Castle are constantly been targeted by Vlandians, Battannians, Aserai and Khuzaits. (Epicrotea and Danustica are in a better shape because of the buffer zones, such as Husn Phulq and Shibal Zumr, Omor and surrounding castles.) So, if I get the ownership of Ortysia back, for example, and set a specific amount of denars limit to the garrison expenses before giving it back to the AI, will they use that limit and never change it again, or they'll just do whatever they want with it later? Also, if the answer confirms the first possibility, or even if it doesn't, does it work this way with those infinite running constructions progresses, such as "train militia, irrigation, housing, feasts"? 5. I have barely ever used them, but how do AI mercenary clans work? I remember from the past signing them a contract, but then seeing them leave after days or a few weeks, despite being paid regularly, during a war, or even peace time. Also, my present time Faction is, most of the time, at it with another one at least, if not more, but I don't want to waste time running around Calradia in search of constantly moving lords if it's not worth it.
@hero_on_youtube4 ай бұрын
1. Yes, it should be used for troops. 2. For Clan Parties, they work like your Clan Parties do, there is minimum amount of money they are allowed to keep, the rest goes to the big guy. 3. Yes, the AI Clan Parties work just like the Players Clan Parties. 4. I don't believe that those money limits are kept if you give a fief to an AI Clan. Just like when you receive a fief, those limits are not set for you. I'm not sure if the AI will ever NOT do construction. Once everything is completed, they will of course use one of the infinite running options. As far as AI, on their own, lowering the amount for the Garrison, it's unlikely. 5. Mercenary Clans? If you mean the Minor Faction's Clans, then they are there solely to do Mercenary work. They will never join a Kingdom as a Vassal.

I can do everything but money is always the issue and I hate smithing

You need to find the greatest money drain and fix that. Flesson19 made a video about how he utilizes Militia over Garrison. One of the benefits is reduced expenses.

What's the determining factor for tournament prizes? Mainly trying to get them Hotbloods.
@hero_on_youtube4 ай бұрын
The number of Lords in the Town at the time you start the tournament will determine the quality of the prize. I'll have to look up what determines if it's armor, weapon or mount. I believe that part is random.

@@hero_on_youtube I noticed the prizes change each day for the same tournament

@@--Ghost-- It's possible. It may be checked daily to ensure that the prize gets updated based on the number of Lords in Town.

Heya, I know this is irrelevant to the video but I'm just gonna take the shot: Do you know any console command or mod that forces all the major factions into not declaring war on each other for a specific amount of time? I'm creating a campaign where there will be 5 years of "peace time" so that each faction can develop their fiefs and the moment that "peace time" is over, every faction immediately declares war on each other. The war part I can do that manually myself no sweat but the annoying thing is forcing peace on factions whenever they go to war with another during that "peace time" until it expires
@hero_on_youtube4 ай бұрын
I don't know of any mods, you can search Nexus for something like that. There is a declare peace command, which stops all wars. You could use that anytime you see a war start. I'm not sure how long it lasts. My guess would be there is no time, so the war could start the next day.

Is it the same formula that is used to determine the number of imperial controlled provinces you need to finish the main campaign?
@hero_on_youtube4 ай бұрын
Is what the same formula? Player Progress formula? No. Watch for a few minutes and I provide a list of factors, you can stop there if you don't have time to watch it in it's entirety.
@Jocw274 ай бұрын
@@hero_on_youtube I watched it entirely, my question is, is player progress a factor to determine the difficulty of the last main campaign mission? Last time I played through a full campaign, the objective was to reduce empire owned settelments to 12 or fewer iirc. In my current one, it's 4 or fewer. Is that caused by my high player progress or by the number of empire owned settelments when the mission started?
@hero_on_youtube4 ай бұрын
@@Jocw27 The latter. It's based on the settlement setup at the start of the quest. Your current attempt was more complete before you even started the quest. The Player's Progress should not be a factor.
