If you shoot and kill them all and then you get the double action revolver. Then you come a day or two later then you can do the robbery plus you do it later with Sean. One time through my playthrough I also got to pick up the the double-barrel sawed-off shotgun that was in good condition I just had to go to the gunsmith put its components on there
